Like you’ve been at the grind for years and are at a place where you’re just going through the motions of your day to day - maybe its in your current job, your relationship or your living situation? You’ve been telling yourself for the longest time that you’re finally going to get fit and eat healthy, but have been lacking the time and discipline to make it happen.

Cultivate the courage to ask for what you want and live life on your terms. I’m here to guide and support you in taking the next right step for you. Let’s work together to get intentional on the life you want to create for yourself and take action to make it happen. 

When we take a holistic approach to health, we look at all the different areas of your life that nourish your physical, mental and emotional well-being. During your program, we’ll spend time exploring healthy eating in a way that is right and satisfying for you. Additionally, we’ll dive deeper into feeling fulfilled and tended to by your career, relationships, physical activity, spiritual practice and much more. When balanced, these aspects of your life have the potential to nourish you on a much deeper level than what’s on your plate, and you gain greater clarity on making decisions that best support your health and happiness.

How my private coaching works:

I work with a limited number of one-on-one clients at a time so that I can fully be present for and build a strong relationship with my people.

After you submit your Discovery Session Request, I will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule an initial meeting via Zoom. This will be an opportunity to talk through what is going well in terms of your health as well as areas you could benefit from receiving some support. Together, we’ll decide if working together feels like a good fit. You can feel free to ask me any questions about the coaching experience at this time. 

If we decide to move forward with the coaching program, we’ll schedule dates and times to meet weekly over the course of 12 weeks. I’ll send you a welcome email with some on-boarding materials, including a detailed intake form that will help me get to know you on a deeper level and prepare for our first session.

During our first session, we’ll spend time diving in and getting clear on what you want to accomplish during your program so that we can create a personalized plan to fit your unique situation and needs. We’ll set specific, actionable goals based on the changes you want to make and your vision of what a happier, healthier and fuller life looks like for you.

We’ll check-in on your progress and discuss what is coming up for you including any challenges you are experiencing during subsequent sessions. We’ll cover a wide range of topics such as meal prepping using real food, physical activity you can stick to, the next step in your career, etc. in addition to areas related to your personal goals and what you are looking for specific support on.

At the end of each session, I will provide recommendations that will reflect accessible action steps that you can take towards your goals. 

You’ll receive an email from me with a full set of notes and the action items we outlined during our meeting within 24 hours of our call.

All sessions are held via Zoom.

  • Twelve 50-minute weekly sessions to clarify your goals, check-in on your progress and discuss what is coming up for you including any challenges you are experiencing

  • Recommendations on action steps to take towards your goals at the end of each session

  • A full set of notes of what we discussed during our session within 24 hours of our meeting
